At The Velvet Bite, we specialize in handcrafted cakepops and soft, rich cookie cakes. For the cakepop, vanilla and chocolate are always on the menu, along with a rotating seasonal flavour to keep things exciting. Our signature cookie cake is a rich chocolate chip base, baked with four kinds of chocolate — semi-sweet, dark, milk, and mini chips — for the perfect bite every time. Everything is made in small batches with elegance and care.

Can I customize an order?

Yes — we love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you're dreaming of a soft pastel palette for a baby shower, themed pops for a birthday, or a cookie cake for a bridal brunch, we’re here for it. Just send us your inspiration or vision and we’ll create something personal, beautiful, and delicious.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website — it’s simple and secure. For custom orders, just fill out the dedicated Custom Request Form on our site, and we’ll be in touch to confirm the details. If you have questions at any point, feel free to message us on Instagram or through our contact form —we’re always happy to help.

Do you deliver or offer pickup?

Yes — we offer local delivery through a trusted same-day courier. We kindly ask for a minimum of 3 days' notice so we can prepare your order with care and schedule your delivery in advance. Pickup is also available if you'd prefer to collect your treats yourself. Both options can be selected at checkout.

How far ahead should I order?

To make sure we can accommodate your request, we suggest ordering at least 3–5 days in advance. For larger or custom orders (especially for events), 1–2 weeks is best to ensure everything is just right.

Do you ship?

We don’t offer shipping at this time. Our treats are delicate and made to be enjoyed fresh, so we currently provide local delivery and pickup only. If you're in the area, we’d love to bring a little sweetness your way!

How do I store my treats?

- Cake Pops: Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3–7 days. For crispier treats, chill in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze them—wrapped tightly—for up to 3–4 months (just thaw in the fridge a day before serving).

- Cookie Cakes: Keep in their box or an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days (up to 2 weeks if very well sealed). You can also refrigerate them for up to 1 week or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Are your treats allergy-friendly?

Our products contain dairy and gluten and may contain traces of nuts. While we take great care in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee a nut-free or allergen-free environment. If you have a specific allergy concern, we recommend reaching out before placing your order.

Do you take large or event orders?

Yes, and we love being part of your special moments! Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, baby shower, or brand launch, we can accommodate bulk and custom orders. Let’s make your celebration a little sweeter.
